    I wonder if anyone can tell me how Banctec works. I am trying to find out whether you can put backdated information in to make it look like something happened or a letter was sent out on a day which it wasn't.

    ....that sounds highly suspicious if not totally illegal.

      It's not me that's doing it. I think it has been done to me. I requested a Subject Access Request and some of the information logged on the banctec system seemed dodgy.

          From what I know of Banatech, it is a database that is used to help against Human Rights abuses.

          As far as I am aware, no backdated entries can be made, but this is their website with a direct address for their head office in USA.
