refund on charges

I am not sure if this is the place to put this but I thought I would mention that I claimed back one hundred pounds worth of bank charges off nationwide this week. I was on benefits for a few months this year and they had charged me for unpaid dd's. After reading some information on this site I was on the phone to them. They refunded me without hassle and the money was in my account in 2 days. Just intime for xmas. Thanks ever so much beagles. Without this site I would have been non the wiser.
