miliitant that letter of notice of assignment by halifax and the notice of assignment 1 by 1st credit was account assignment 3 letter was for her overdraft lol

the stat demand was for 7k had no assignment by halifax nor 1st credit

we acknowledge your request for a copy of your credit agreement under section 78 consumer credit act 1974 and confirm that wehave requested the same from the original creditor and will forward this to you once we are in receipt of the same
in accordance with your request the statement of account is as follows

a) the state of the account =£7,791.50 outstanding
b)the amount if any currently payable under the agreement by the debtor to the creditor=£7,791.50
c)the amounts and due dates of any payments which if the debtor does not draw further on the account will later become payable under agreement by the debtor to the creditor =£7,791.50

the phone call to first credit back in 10 october 2012 over stat demand they stated they was askeing halifax for a copy of the credit agreement still nothing

fact with stat demand they was going to try and make wife bankrupt with out any notice of assinment from first credit or halifax and with out a credit agreement aswell

pss got letter today from court confirming stat demand is set aside

until 1st cretins provide you with an assignment notice delivered as to 196 law of property act 1925, i would not even entertain them

interesting though if they locate a credit agreement, even if they do, lop 1925 is the case law in all of this

bring in on 1st cretins, thats all i will say to the muppetts

if they produce a agreement ( hope they dont like ) but if they did could they make bankrupcty at a later date or is it game over on that 1st twits

the bankruptcy angle is over, if they did or sold the account to another dca, we then just quote the last set aside

bankruptcy is now not an option

all they have left is the N1 county coiurt claim route

is for all info they have on you

not just accounts

that includes any manual intravention
screen shots
who they have passed your dat on to
etc,etc

everything, and i mean everthing

who gave you the response

is it that they have asked you what info you require as to your dsar in their letter

as stated

a dsar is for all info

please elaborate
