    Im currently helping a friend claim back their charges from Lloyds becuase she cant be arsed doing it herself lol. Heres the story so far....

    January, sent off for statements, think they arrived mid Febuary...anyhoo after several weeks, maybe a month she managed to add them up and came to £815.

    Sent prelim letter and got a standard `bog off` letter, sent LBA and after two weeks still not heard owt so filled out the N1 (cheers for the poc tools) and the interest spreadsheet, just need to file down the court now.

    Will keep you updated and will no doubt post for advise lol
