Is anyone experiencing a block on the final part of payment son line with any credit or debit cards from RBS/Natwest.
It's the final clearance when the box asking for parts of your password?

That sometimes happens with Santander. They always blame a technical gliche. I'd put money on it that the VISA main server is on the blink again. It seems to go down or play up at least once a month. VISA still haven't got it sorted after 12 months.
