  • Process Taking Bank To Court

    Does anyone have an idea about the process of taking a bank to county court, i hear speculation that you need to have an injunction and pay around £25,000.00 just to get the bank to stop what they are doing on whatever your challenging them on ?

    Please could anyone advise

    I would look towards Section 140 0f the CCA that is a very powerful and potent piece of legislation if used correctly.
