Just to keep it in perspective how much profit the banks are making, Bob Diamond of Barclays received £6.5m, Stuart Gulliver of HSBC took £9m IN BONUSES ALONE !!

Useful to bear in mind if you're having to negotiate due to hardship.

Was all of that cash or shares? Were there clauses added as to when the shares could be sold?

I believe a similar idea has already been proposed to reduce Parliament's "carbon footprint".
