received reply from hbos today, regarding claim for bank charges. They have agreed to repay £338.00p, however they will refund this amount to their collections dept. Is this a double whammy as I am also being persued by hillesden Securities for £2619 which has been in default status for some time. Are hbos entitled to this money as it appears that they have written off the debt

Re: cimlaboy
i have recently received a letter from RBS stating i owe them £103 unauthorised overdraft of £23.33 that is not including the money they have already taken off me for going overdrawn before but as i said to the manager i asked for no overdraft to be allowed on the account and they should have declined the payment i do not have any direct debits going out but i still have to pay them even though the only reason i am over drawn is because of bank charges and she siad its not a bank error i do not understand why i have to pay this as i already paid the amount i was overdrawn..

There is no such thing as an account where it is impossible to go into minus figures.
