Hi, My Bank charges claim was stayed in June 08 i have rec a letter from the court to say that upon reading a letter from myself at the time, i have untill the beginning of May to confirm to the court that it is my intention to pursue the claim and advise the court in writing the grounds upon which i rely in support of my assertion that the claim is not bound to fail following the decision of the Supreme Court handed down on the 25th November 2009, in the cases involving the office of Fair Trading and Abbey National plc and others then this claim shall be and is by this order struck out . My claim is with the Tsb i am not sure what to do in regard to this letter .

Re: letter from court
Important - full Legal Opinion and update on LB's position on bank charge reclaims - Legal Beagles Consumer Forum
The above thread is the viewpoint of LB on the issue on the basis of the November 2009 judgement. If it answers the question then great but if not then please ask the question again on that thread and you will get a response but the likelihood of success on a bank charges case is very very minimal now."Family means that no one gets forgotten or left behind"
