Black Horse reclaim

Hi

I have a car loan with Black Horse. 2 weeks ago I sent a reclaim letter for late payments charges, defualts charges etc for £1100. 5 days later I received a letter from BH offering a goodwill offer of £380. I would like to try & claim the full amount, is there another template letter for the next stage does anyone know?

Good news...Barclaycard reclaim, I recieved full amount of £704.64 credited to my B/C account....no fuss!

So this is the charges and not in relation to PPI then I take it?

I'm sure someone will post some info up in regards of the full amount.

Correct, not PPI just late payments charges etc

Hi

After rejecting a goodwill from BH of £380 I have just received a letter waiving ALL of my collection activity charges/late payment charges totaling £665.

BH say this is their final response....but does anyone know I should/can claim the 2 Debt Collection Agency Fee Charges, one of £220.00 & another of £200.00 both dated the same day?

are those charges levied by BH or by the Debt Collection Agency?
