    I would be happy with that, I received a couples joint account statement, with names, account number, sort code and a list of all incomings and outgoings for that month including Salary payments with Employers name ect.

    As for being happy with Santander, I think not, every time I've been into my branch I've waited for more than 15 minutes to be served, one of the tellers I spoke to was less than helpful and did not seem to have a clue.
