    Can a bank sell your account to a DCA..without informing you.

    Is It Gospel if Moorcroft write to you with one of the Flashy Pre-Court Letters that they own the debt.

    Who should I carry on paying?

    Moorcroft's letters stretch the true to breaking point and deserve a Prove It.

      Ben thats my favorite saying and its getting me in trouble...

      I think they should do a TV Programme

      "Trouble in Brighton" not "Trouble in Bangkok"...

      This is a bank odraft and not a CC....so I am not sure if this "PROVE IT letters covers bank odrafts!

      Im already in court for a CC..
