  • And Again

I have just started my second claim against Natwest.
Since the first one I have incurred four x£28 "maintenance charges" although I am sure they weren't called that before.
I telephoned and got one squashed but they wouldn't do it again so here we go!
Used this letter, with a few tweaks .....

      Re: And Again

You know me Jan, helpless, hopeless and never backward in asking for help!!
Has anything changed since my last claim?
I read somewhere that a lot of payouts were being put off until after the court case

Yes, unfortunately you'll just get a letter saying their complaints procedure is on hold until after the test case which is expected to be Jan/Feb.

Seems there's little hope of getting round this one unless your only income is benefits or you have severe financial difficulties...........
