    Hello, not sure if any one has asked this before, my sincere appologies if they have, due to financial hardship i am going after my bank charges on our joint account, my husband also has a business account with natwest, are we able to go after these charges as well.

    If you husband is classed as a micro enterprise company then yes. That means he employs less than 12 people and income is less than 1 million.

      Natts,

      Can you please elabrorate more on why you say this as I though business bank charges were taboo.

      If this is the case what is criteria for claiming under hardship with business?

        Yes it is only my husband now, at any one time the most he employed was two besides himself, they were C I T B apprentices
        I have statements back from jan 2001, - can i go back this far.

          A business is defined as this: "A micro-enterprise is defined as a business that employs fewer than 10 persons and has a turnover or annual balance sheet that does not exceed €2 million."
