Has anyone had any problems or experiences with the Santander group when trying to get them to update your credit profile ??? Does anyone have the correct address (a 'phone number would be great too) for the Data Controller at Santander.

I have never come across a company who are so deliberately obstructive.


Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi and welcome to Beagles, I personally wouldn't contact them by phone, always best to get stuff in writing.
Just adress you letter to the Data Controller at the head office address it will get ot him/her.
