I have been trying to get back my credit card charges from LTSB - specifically over limit charges. I wrote to them and listed the charges (£12 each) however I got a letter back saying that they believe their charges are fair and I won't be getting a penny back. Can anyone advise how and if I can challenge this letter and has anyone else had any success with their over limit/late payment fee charges being refunded at the £12 rate?

Re: Lloyds TSB credit Card Charges
Yes because they are wrong. Write back and state that you will give them a final chance to prevent further legal costs to them by refunding the full amount of charges you have asked for. Should they fail to do so then you will sue them for return of the charges. The OFT have stated that ONLY a court can decide what a fair charge is, so if they are unwilling to refund you then you will let them explain to the court why they chose not to tell you.Originally posted by Ruby View PostI have been trying to get back my credit card charges from LTSB - specifically over limit charges.
