  • Lloyds Bank Car Park

At work a member of staff came in and said any car parked on their site will receive action by lloyds who will seek to fine the persons concerned. seeing we are only open at night and a few hours lunchtime not many if any customer would be in their way, their car park is off a side entrance which ourselves and other businesses have to maintain the road/lane, Lloyds have no legal authority to fine people have they?????

I think you might need to find out who owns the property before that one can be answered hun.

LLoyds have no legal authority to fine anyone. They may attempt to charge a fee of some description for parking on their land, but it will have little, if any force in law.
