  • Help with N150 please!

    Hi there,

I recently filed my N1 against LTSB for charges amounting to around £9000.

I have received the allocation questionaire N150 from the court. I have till 20/11/09 to fill it out and return it along with the £200 fee.

Following this I received LTSB's defence and a letter from SCM stating that they have requested a stay until the resolution of the test case and requesting that I should write to the court confirming that I am in agreement with the stay.

I have never done anything like this before and don't want to get anything wrong, so I have a number of questions please -

    1) Is it standard procedure that they reqest the stay and I still have to fill out the AQ?

    2) The first question on the N150 asks 'Have you sent a copy of this completed form to the other party?' - Do I have to send them a copy?

    3) What do I enter in the 'Pre-action Protocols' section?

    4) In the 'Proposed Directions' section it says that if you have attached a list of directions, have they been agreed with the other party?

What do I need to enter here?

    5) Where do I find the information to put in my Draft Order of Directions?

    6) Do the Draft Order of Directions differ because this is going to be Fast Track?

Any help/advice with the above would be most appreciated, thank you!

In the meantime I will have another read around the forum to see if I can find the answers, although I haven't had any luck as yet.

    Nellie xxx
