Think he meant 'whoops', missed your LBA and it looks like you've filed a claim! Damn........... you're about to cost us even more money!
Also since my LBA I have had 3 further £38 charges. Can I add these to my Moneyclaim or do I need to write another letter.
You can add these charges to your claim, but it will cost you £35 (non-returnable) to do so.

Now for Moneyclaim, which I will probably leave till next week when I get my broadband back. I'm on dial up at the moment and it is fairly slow.
Not sure what you mean about the last sentence - thought you'd already filed with MCOL? xx
