Have received statement to-day with a charge of £30 as an insurance payment was returned on 17/08/2009, my account had £35 in it insurance was £46 but I had also paid in a further £40 on the same day 17/08/2009 @ 14.25 p.m. approx, the charge to be deducted in 28 days. Any helpful advice on this issue??????????:beagle::beagle::beagle:

The easiest and most direct way to deal with this is telephone the customer services/branch , explain what has happened, that it will cause you to struggle financially and ask if they would be so kind as to waive the fee on this occasion. Be polite and give a sob story, it usually works better than going in all guns blazing.Any opinions I give are my own. Any advice I give is without liability. Finally got on to them, they pointed out payments out are done early hours of the morning, so payment should of been in the day before not on the DD day, oh I said that was a Sunday??????? anyway she pointed the fee has not been taken yet so will stop it????
