Best check with whoever has sorted your IVA, I believe some say you can and others say it voids the IVA.
When you find out for sure please come back and you will be given the help you need to claim them back.

You can reclaim bank charges, but almost without exception, there is a standard clause in IVA proposals that states you must pay off as much of your debt as possible in circumstances where you have benefited from a windfall payment. A refund of bank charges, depending on how much it is, could be considered to be a windfall and therefore will be used to reduce your debt under the IVA. This could be a good thing if the charges mean you could exit your IVA early.
