This was a nationwide credit card that went to drydens & has now gone back to the oc.
There is a charge on my house for this dated 18/5/2009 (Bradford cc) - I have emailed it to CB.

I cca'd drydens & cb has established that the agreement is unenforceable.
I sar'd nationwide & I received the information a couple of days ago.


CB referred me to some other links via my taking on the world thread... I have been reading them.... Im not sure I can quote it all yet & Im not sure what my next move is......


I have also put a charges complaint in on a joint account i had with the ex... my name is still on the account although I dont use it or its facilities & the charges total £7.5k on it...

You need to go to the court and get all of the paperwork concerning the CO and original CCJ as well.

The charging order was transferred to Bradford county court... If I ring them, Im assuming they will point me in the right direction & work their way back to the ccj for me?...

Would be helpful to throw the dates on the CO's.
We'll attack them in newest to oldest, makes more sense.

**news update**

I have rang Bradford CC &............ APPARENTLY.... there is an application in to vary the order in to instalments of £13.29 at the moment... he said it was made by me (????)

& the guy said he'd send me copies of the documents. I then asked for all of the paperwork to support them aswell...he said that he would send me everything that he could. watch this space....

I have just rang Bradford cc to chase these court documents up &... they never said they had sent them, just that it was a big file & that they would photocopy it & get it sent out to me today.... thanks Mochamoo for what you said in the other thread x

Well Well Well.... I still haven't received court documents as requested... I have rang the court 3 times now.... any ideas?

What I have received today is a variation order.... I was apparently in court on the 15th August.. the judjement & costs is now varied.....

Apparently......... Drydens applied for everything online..... & all Bradford cc have is the final charging order so there is nothing they can really send me as there is no documentation as such (which contradicts what they told me in the last phonecall)... & suggested I ring Drydens to ask for copies.... help!....lol....

The court are now claiming that there is no paperwork because it was all done online by Drydens.... & that maybe writing to drydens would be the answer? If so, would you be able to help me with a letter please?

The variation order just now includes that I pay monthly instalments of £13.29 every month... thats what I've been paying anyway...
