hello..i submitted 2 claims from the very inception..awaiting the outcome of the case which is due to be heard next month.I do hope that we the losers get some positive rewards..i do recall paying a fee of £28.00 for a failed direct debit of £1.99. This is how they make their £billions . We are the ones that give them that just because we are struggling to make ends meet day after day..they are taking real advantage of helpless people...

Why two claims? And are they both bank charges claims? Are you in financial hardship? Do you have priority debt arrears?
Being devil's advocate here, are the bank running your account or are you running your account?

Do you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?

What stage are the claims in, are they submitted via county court or just via the bank?

How far have you gone back with the charges? Is it July 2001?

Have you had any responses and what were they?

Have you had a look at the Hardship claims forum?
