10 days left for a defense to be entered and scuppered by the oft discussions, sure that my cc dj will be asking for a stay just as most others. Fingers crossed that they forget about the defense and I can win by entering default by judgement. that will be a new one. even tried to negotiate with inga kingham but she was having none of it. what next to expect someone? anyone? just a little message would be nice..........skeggsy

Hiya, depending on your financial situation, you could apply for the stay to be lifted.
No guarantee but if the stay is going to cause further financial hardship due to banks taking their charges from benefit payments, the stay could be lifted.
