Eggie helps elderly neighbour

Been through the whole process now from SAR through to LBA and on Monday i submitted to MCOL on behalf of my neighbour who i will add are elderly pensioners and on disability pensions.. to think banks can target such individuals is a disgrace..

Anyway MCOL filed, notice of Issue received on 24th just waiting now for the defence..
