Towards the end of my battle with them I also came across this

08456004593 a lady named Jane answered the phone and was most un helpful, however someone may catch her on a good day, this is linked to the financial hardship, so it can't hurt to try.


Just keep badgering them and keep copies and ALWAYS send recorded.

LloydsTSB have confirmed the Andover address to me via email with regards to Hardship claims but the Brighton address or reference to an office there has also come up on bank charges threads as well.
