  • Halifax Closed My Accounts and Took My ISA's Out - What are my rights?

Last year, Halifax shut down all my accounts and includng my current accounts and a number of ISA accounts without any warning. To date they have never been able to give me a reason why, they simply shut all my accounts and enlosed one cheque with the total amount. The issue I have is because they have closed all my ISA's I have lost my tax free allowance I have built up over a number of years. What are my rights? How can I ensure I can carry that over to another building society without losing that?

    Thanks
