Cashback question

I tried to take cashback out the other day and the cashier told me I had reached my monthly cashback limit. Ive looked through all my natwest stuff and I can not find anything about a cashback limit, I think Ive only had £20 in cashback this month. I know I have taken a lot more in cashback out in a month before now so how can £20 be my limit this month?

not sure where the puzzled look emoticon looks like cos I have never used it ever before. I have not found the BS emoticon either, but I am sure I would be wearing that out if there was one. I have no idea what they are talking about.

Bizarre huh?! He showed me the screen it did say cashback limit reached ... he said he had never seen it before.

At the co-op I brought fags and tried to get £20 cashback at the same time, the ATM in there is one of those £1.50 per use ones.

It may be the co-ops own cashback limit that had been reached for the day and not yours Macho. I know the Manager of my local co-op when I see them I will ask them.
