  • Sue a Bank for Malicious Damaging my Credit Report

I intend to sue a bank for malicious damaging my credit report.

The bank direct debit did nt worked, the bank refused to announce me, via post, email or phone.

We agreed after this that the loan can be re-write and after, the bank change his mind and continue to report that I`m in arrears .

The bank also refused to provide me the GDPR data request.

My life is affected, as all my financial report is seriously damaged.
