Have just received letter from Natwest, surpisingly enough it did not admit bank error!!
On checking my account found that the charges had not been refunded - then looked at my other account and found them in there! At least I've got them now so nothing to moan to Natwest for at the moment lol.

So all in all I've received the charges that I claimed in the first place, but they wouldn't pay the ones which had been added on after I made my initial claim. So i raised a "concern" with Collections which they logged and gave me a ref number, promising to reslove within 5 days. This concern has now netted me the rest of the charges without having to make another claim. Just shows that there's more than one way of winning....although if the "concern" had gone the other way I'd be 84 quid worse off, but worth a try anyway.
