Still no money......but a piece of good news.
Spoke to collections on 1st Aug, querying the fact that although I'd rung them up on numerous occasions to put arrangements in place, and on each phone call they had set an overdraft limit, I never ever ever make any transactions from that account, so why had i been charged overlimit fees when they'd set the limits and I'd stuck to them? The girl I spoke to was very helpful, said it was all mixed up, so she would log a concern which would be dealt with in 5 working days.
just spoke to nottingham Collections, yet another helpful girl (who told me she hated her job lol). Anyway, she said there's a letter on file which I should get shortly saying the usual blurb etc...but admitting bank error and they will be refunding £84 into my account! Result!!!!!!!
And if this letter really does say its a bank error I'm going to frame it - not like them to admit to making a mistake is it lol.
So I should be well under my original agreed limit by this time next week. Which will mean I'll have less personal phone calls to make from work so i may actually get some work done. The boss will be sooooo pleasedIs no longer here

Apparently she couldn't see what date was on the letter, but says the dosh should be in over the next couple of days - but I'm not holding my breath.... by the time its all gone in I'll be 150 quid under my overdraft limit- that should be good to give a few Natwest bods a nervous breakdown! Is no longer here
