Sorry Diamond .... just got back to reading threads and found you'd asked questions which I'd missed.

Hopefully you got the answers you wanted re court costs but in case .... I paid £250 to file and £100 for the AQ which was later returned as the AQ was dispensed with.

As for the spready .. is the interest on charges that you mean cos if so your sheet seems to have stopped calculating. I'd ask whoever wrote the spready you're using for advice cos I'm useless at the blasted things, had to get help to fill in my own.

Good luck and yell if you need me.

Had that letter Diamond .... ignore and file immediately, you don't need to warn them, you did that when you sent the LBA .... you've been more than fair in allowing them the extra time to "investigate" .... now go for it.

Could I just clarify ... each time you wrote to them did you include a spreadsheet of your charges for them to see?

I recieved almost identical letter Diamond, i think they have a bunch of templates, randomly pick one and send it out.

File your claim, we will help if you need it. You will get your money back, all they are trying to do is delay it by asking you to wait 8 weeks for an investigation.

                    Additional Charges?

The bank have only sent me statements/list of charges from July 2001 - Jan 2007. When I sent them the LBA I only asked for charges between these 2 dates to be refunded. Now I'm about to complete my N1 form - can I include charges for Feb, Mar, Apr of this year or is it better to do it separately (just seems logical to include them in this claim)? What do you think?

Add all your charges to date, you can do this up to and including the date you file your N1, after that you have to pay extra to amend your claim.

Hi Incognito - I've just applied all my charges to that specially prepared spreadsheet that you kindly prepared just for me and on the amount debited column on the interest sheet it's interpreted all the charges as dates!???? - and not amounts specified on the charges sheet!

Can someone please explain the following section?

Plus interest pursuant to S.69 County Courts Act 1984 from date of issue to date of judgement/settlement at £xx.xx per day [(enter daily rate here - (CHARGES+OD interest)x 0.00022 = pence per day)] OR at such rate and for such periods as the court deems just.
