Hi Matt, have just cut and pasted all the charges in one spreadsheet but the running totals are not reflecting the additional charges - how do I resolve this?

Select the last row that works then hold your mouse over the bottom right hand corner of the cell until you get a little black cross (+) then hold down your left mouse button and drag down to your last row (on the second sheet only named S69 interest).

              Hi Diamond,

Just wanted to wish you luck with your claim. I've successfully won mine against Abbey for amount similar to yours, so if it's any help have a read and see might happen next.

Hopefully you'll stay in small claims (despite the amount) but I got shifted to Mercantile and multi-tracked, so I'm glad they settled when they did.

If you want any info etc, just yell and I'll pop over and help if I can.

Many thanks for your encouragment and offer of advice - much appreciated! I will definately take you up on that! (smile)

WOW - Congratulations! I must admit that when I read your 'case history' I felt daunted initially but excited/encouraged with the result. When you filed your claim initially (after you completed the N1 form) how much did you have to pay in court costs? I'm still working on my spreadsheet (the amount seems to be fluctuating between 8k and 9k) - I don't think I've done myself any favours by working on it late at night (when I'm exhausted). I couldn't even look at it last night cause when I got in from work I was absolutely shattered. I am going to go through the spreadsheet with a fine tooth comb this weekend so hopefully I can file in court on Monday! I must say that the whole process is so depressing!

Hi - another question for you, you mentioned in your case history that you had done your research and was ready to go to the high court. What research did you?

OK - thank you. The spreadsheet is starting to do my head in! My charges worksheet goes down to 208 rows but the interest worksheet only goes down to 101 - I don't think it's calculating properly - can you advise?

Just to add...... shouldn't what you do on the charges worksheet be duplicated/reflected on the interest worksheet?

I will find Iancognito for you she is the godess of the spreadsheet....

And yes it should transfere to the interest only bit

I did but I used a slightly different work sheet, Iancognito's work sheet is better I am just ever so slightly useless with anything technical...
