      Hi there,

Last night I attempted to list all my charges on the interest spreadsheet. Seemed ok at first but when I got to the end of the spreadsheeet I discovered that I couldn't add more rows because it's a read only file (I couldn't even save it). So, I saved it under a new name and had to create 2 more files to be able to continue. It would have been better if I were able to add additional rows to the spreadsheet

You should just be able to change it.. Assuming you're using Excel:

Tools --> Protection --> Unprotect Sheet.

Whats the scores on the doors Diamond? How much do they owe you?

          Hi Matt,

Hope you're well! I'll try what you've suggested - my knowledge of Excel is basic.

The grand total is..................£9,056! I can't believe it and am going to double check it!

                  Hiya,

With interest! do you think it will be escalated to fast track/multi track?

I am going to triple check (did check it twice last night) just in case! What happens if the calculation is wrong and you've filed in court?

                      Good Question!

                      Hiya Diamond,
I got one of my spreadsheets wrong, I had a few missing charges. The Halifax calculated £300+ of extra charges and paid me them. But I might have been lucky, best try to get it right before court.

                      Good Luck,
                      Hod...Liam..

Wont be in multi track....as for fast or small, its up yo your judge to decide which track.

I had a claim for 9k and the judge put that one in small claims whereas he put the other one in fast track.

But needless to say i didnt see inside the court room with either claims.

                          Hi Diamond,

What a nice savings plan you never knew you had!!

Limit for small claims trach is £5000, though track is determined before interest is added.

Quick question, the interest you have included, is this the Section 69 (8%) interest and If yes this should only be applied once you file the claim at court.

Best of luck (though Luck is not needed)

                          BB

PS, If you need to change any part of your claim there is a form N244 to do this, it has a fee of £35.00 which cannot be reclaimed.

If you need to use this send 1 copy to the courts, 1 to the defendants and one to keep for yourself.

                            Thanks for your advice everyone!

I've just put all my charges in one spreadsheet (now Matt has told me how to unprotect the worksheet) but the calculation part of it isn't adjusting to the additional charges - how do I resolve this?

Yes, it is the 8% interest - I am preparing to file in court which is why I'm preparing the spreadsheet to know what the total cost is!
