After claiming from Abbey, they paid a standing order, even though I had not used the account for 12 months, the charges have now built up to £171 & counting, I had a letter from them pay up or else, so wrote of to them disputing the arrears, they ignored me, and passed it to a DCA, wrote to them telling them the account was in dispute, so they wrote back saying they had passed the account back to Abbey, So I started a new claim, a few weeks pass, and I get another letter from a different DCA, so I phone them up and tell them the account is in dispute, and have written to them to inform them of this, with copies of previous letters to abbey and the other DCA, they passed the Account back to Abbey, Sent LBA this week, and Abbey have entered a default against me with Experian. OHHH I feel like going to the branch and putting their windows threw, gonna give it to them both barrels
oh dear Abbey
