Acceptable Personal Id

Can anyone confirm what are "acceptable" forms of Id to Banks. A relative has power of attorney over anothers bank accounts and has to submit proof of Identity to the bank. Unfortunately this person has no driving licence nor a current passport which are normally considered OK as proof of Id. Any suggestions please ??

You could always try asking the bank what they will accept.

Proof of state pension payments(this tax year), Photocard bus pass, I hope she doesn't have a firearms certificate!!
