    this is what happened.

On 12th may sent my prelim asking for £190 back
Got a letter back saying they were looking into it.
On 1st June i sent my LBA was an amended scedhule due to added charges totally £266.

this morning i reieved an offer for the full amount originally asked for. I think that they have ot looked at the LBA yet. Can i take the £190 as partial settlement and referring them to the LBA?

Jenny, if you have not filed a claim then you can give customer relations unit a ring and they will probably say add them to the acceptance letter. PLEASE take a copy of it prior to returning it.
