Having been told by shAbbey 2-3 times they don't keep info after 6 years, I wrote a snotty letter saying....tou told me in November my account was closed in 1999, therefore you do have some info....stop messing me about and send it!
Today received letter with a screen print of my file, saying they told me.....in November that my account was closed in 1999, however, that information no longer exits!
So, it would appear they could be deleating info as it is requested!
Or could they be still talking BS.
