    Preliminary Approach for Repayment sent Recorded Delivery 23/02/2007
    LBA sent Recorded Delivery 15/03/2007
    MCOL filed 10/04/2007

    Technically won, recieved settlement letter on monday, returned same day, delivery confirmed on the 26th. Still waiting for my £907 though :rolleyes:
