Not a big claim, but more of a 'they started it, so I'm gonna finish' claim.
Its only a couple of Hundred quid for charges on a loan account.
I have already won £3000 from my old Halifax bank account and as soon as i had the money I started getting demands for the Halifax loan (which is in a payment plan with Payplan).
So i thought I get the charges back from this, while I prep my claim for my BoS Credit card, which will be Episode 3
