Squidge vs Barclays

I sent my prelim on 14th May 2007 after receiving statements back to 1999. Charges only come to £440 but better than nothing!

Barclays replied saying they'll respond by 11th July.

I've been too busy to follow it up since then but I've just sent LBA off today with new spreadsheet, so 14 days to go!

Barclays were my 3rd scalp, but youve a while before you see your pennies yet.
At present I beleive they will settle approx One month before your court date, including any charges you have received since starting your action.

Any help you need just shout

not always...they settled my fast track claim one hour before court date/time!!! last october

the others they settled one week before court date....

but having said that litigation team are very pleasant and professional to deal with but u have to keep at them .

morning all,

I don't mind waiting for the pennies ,doing a couple of other claims for other people at same time so that will keep me busy and used to waiting after dealing with cobbetts for RBS claim!
