    hi

    does anyone have a copy of

    Council of Mortgage Lenders "Statement of Practice on the Transfer of Mortgages"
    and
    "Independant Television commission code of advertising practice"

    or know a link to them? they are referenced in The Mortgage Code but i cant find them on the web anywhere.

        thanks for your help.

        "Statement of Practice on the Transfer of Mortgages" is mentioned in the mortgage code as is the "Independant Television commission code of advertising practice"


        ive found the ITC one for 2002 but my mortgage was 1999 so not sure what differences there are. The ITC ceased being in 2003 so their website just points to ofcom now.

        ive given up on the cml transfer mortgages one as i doubt its relevent to my case in any case. but have put a freedom of information request to ofcom in case they have it there someplace.
