    Capquest

    I was declared bankrupt in March 2023. I have received a letter today from Capquest, stating they are pursuing me for a debt.

    They have acknowledged my bankruptcy. I am very confused.

    Pass the letter to the Official Receiver or Trustee in Bankruptcy dealing with your case, and tell Capquest you are doing that.

    Have you been discharged from bankruptcy yet?
