        contact them! anymore delay then you could loose out, they will tell you the procedure, usually cost if they back down (usually do) goes to them.

        short on the pocket, are we not all, but no action means even shorter for a long time.

          In some cases costs can be recovered from the other side but only the firm in question can tell you all the details and what you'd have to pay if anything. No-one else can answer that question accurately so you just have to contact them and ask them, you've got nothing to lose. Sadly it's already the weekend and time's not on your side. :mmph:
