    Not a case of disputing but having a viable defence and a reasonable chance of winning.
    It's a " toss up" as to if the CCA will be supplied the Judgement supercedes it completely
    so no obligation to supply it.#

      Obviously, I don't trust 1st crud, but received a letter from them, acknowledging my CCA request and that they need to contact original creditor.

      They gone on to say in the interim no further action will be taken and as a dispute has now been raised, confirm that they have formally withdrawn their statutory demand.

      Still going to issue a set a side paperwork and complaints.

      More proof of abuse of process.
