DCA no response

DCA no response

Hi, on 07/03/14 i replied to two DCA's with a letter provided from a LB member requesting the statutory paperwork relating to the debts the DCA were chasing. I enclosed the required £1 postal order. Neither DCA has replied. Do I need to do anything further or just sit tight and wait for them to contact me?

If that was a CCA request, they are in default, however, there's no need to remind them. As long as they don't chase you, let them snooze away.

If they write back to you, do post up here. :typing:
