As we all know they buy debts for a pittance could you not ask under the Freedom of Information act how much they paid if you do go to court for bankruptcy can the court make you sell your home if its in joint names then making children homeless human right issues wouldn't you think

If there was any justice, there would be a law whereby a debt collecting parasite could be forced to sell a debt to the debtor (or the debtor's trustee) for the purchase price paid by the parasite plus a modest profit - perhaps 10%.Originally posted by ODC View PostComment

It wouldn't because they would argue that's commercially sensitive information relating to a transaction between two parties that does not involve you (the debtor) in any way. A SAR relates to personal information held about yourself, there would be none relating to you in that transaction.Originally posted by ODC View PostComment

It could be statute barred as on the. SD there is a date December 2009 but it could be before that as they manipulate the dates,isn't this illegal if they are a law firm I'm not afraid to go to court asI once worked in a criminal court for 6yrs.Comment
