  • Bw legal again

As we all know they buy debts for a pittance could you not ask under the Freedom of Information act how much they paid if you do go to court for bankruptcy can the court make you sell your home if its in joint names then making children homeless human right issues wouldn't you think

Freedom of Information Act only applies to public bodies like local councils, government departments etc. It does not apply to private companies, a Data Protection Act subject access request is the only method for acquiring data about yourself.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Do you honestly think that a DPA request to The Leeds Leeches could force them to confirm how much they actually paid for the applicants debt. If this were the case I could envisage a plan

If there was any justice, there would be a law whereby a debt collecting parasite could be forced to sell a debt to the debtor (or the debtor's trustee) for the purchase price paid by the parasite plus a modest profit - perhaps 10%.

Wake up CC your dreaming the original creditor should by law have to offer the debt to the debtor for the 10% they sell it to the DCAs

Why would they send out SD then 1 week later offer a reduced payment offer like if you pled guilty at court you get a discount

It's a bit like a crooked prosecutor offering a plea bargain - they know they cannot win their case, so they try subterfuge.

For BW Illegal and Bowells, that usually means that the alleged debt is time barred under the appropriate Limitation statute, or that they haven't a hope in hell of ever producing even a reconstituted "twue copy" of a credit agreement.

As, two hundred and ninety years ago, Giulio Cesare sang to Tolemeo:
              Va tacito e nascosto,quand'avido è di preda,
              l'astuto cacciator.
E chi è mal far disposto,
              non brama che si veda
              l'inganno del suo cor.

The cunning hunter moves silently and stealthily
when he is eager for prey.
And he who is disposed to evil
              Does not wish the deceitfulness
Of his heart to be seen.

It wouldn't because they would argue that's commercially sensitive information relating to a transaction between two parties that does not involve you (the debtor) in any way. A SAR relates to personal information held about yourself, there would be none relating to you in that transaction.

It could be statute barred as on the. SD there is a date December 2009 but it could be before that as they manipulate the dates, isn't this illegal if they are a law firm I'm not afraid to go to court asI once worked in a criminal court for 6yrs.
