  • BW Legal and Lowells (Again it would seem) stat demand

    Hi

My name is Gary and I'm new here. I am after some advice about an SD I received form Lowell Portfolio via BWLegal. It relates to a LloydsTSB credit card for the sum of £3,645.11. I received one by hand before Christmas but I didn't fill out their income sheet and return it; what I did was emailed them and backed it up with a snail mail letter sent Special Delivery. In the letter I offered to pay £10 per month. I have now received another income sheet form them stating that I must fill it in in order for them to consider my offer of £10 per month. I know how much I can afford, no amount of form filling can change that. How do I deal with these people. I don't want to lose my home for the sake of three and a half grand. Many thanks
    Gary

    Hi and welcome to LB

You don't have to worry about losing your home, you are in the right place, Celestine, one of the site owners, specialises in setting aside SDs, mostly from Lowell. :thumb:

She has, so far, set aside over 50 of them! :yo:

You may want to start by looking at this thread, it provides full details: http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ands-READ-HERE

As per the first thread you read, do not hesitate to contact Cel, the Lowell Beater.

            Hi Gary

I havent received any word from you yet. I'm sure I can assist so please email the details of the SD to my work email below.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

              Hi Celestine
I've just been able to log back in as of now and seen your message. I am off to the CAB now in connection with another issue; but will forward all the details to you on my return.
              Many thanks.

You normally have just 18 days to apply for set aside. If you received the SD before Christmas, then you would be out of time and they could move to petition your bankruptcy. :scared:

Cel recently managed to get a SD withdrawn despite being outside the 18 day timeframe but you really need to move fast on this one. :clock:
