Well that wasn't that bad, was it?
The hard bit is getting your head out of the sand, in your case from behind the settee.
Are all of these debts in the DMP?
Next you need to get all your charges sorted out on these accounts, you may need to send off for your statements.
Even in a DMP you can claim your charges back and it will all help bring down your debts and reduce the length of your DMP.

sorry have only just got back
all debts on dmp since feb 07 have already claimed back over 4.5k consisting of ppi refund + payments on loan / bank charges/interest charges refunded and frozen on all c/cards :whoo::whoo:
l dont know where ive got the strength from but when your backs against the wall and being harrassed 6 or 7 times a day every day for months[ have logged all of them] by phone for more money even when you have a dmp in place.... you see red :mad2::mad2: so not been behind the settee all the time , but just writing it down again makes me ashamed

Ashamed, dear lady, you should NEVER feel that.
Well IMO if you have been paying all these through a DMP, then a judge would not look too kindly on anyone taking you to court. I know very little, well nothing tbh about the enforcability of the debts, so I will have to leave you in the capable hands of them that do.
Just to say I am here if you need to bash someone's ear, or have a good old moan.
