    There doesnt seem seem to be a huge point in bankrupting you considering your financial circumstances - are the bank aware ?
    Yes, you need to show there is a real bona fide dispute over the debt, ie you cant just say prove it as thats not enough.

    On the face of it this one will be tricky, although its right to say that without being able to take proper instructions you can only go on whats posted here on the forum.
